Boo at the Zoo (https://sfzoo.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=f9cc1b81c0&e=7683a9aed3) featuring Sloth-oween begins October 23-24 and continues October 30-31! Young guests are invited to participate in a costume parade and contest at 12 pm by Otter River and can pick up a special treat bag and seed packets (while supply lasts) as they exit. On October 30-31, make sure to visit our beer garden at Picnic Pavilion near Puente al Sur with live music featuring Na Leo Pumehana, festive fare and our brand new beer line!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our very own SF Zoo beer line! The beer officially launches October 23-24 and 30-31 at the Oktoberfest event, as part of our Boo at the Zoo. The specially brewed lager, India pale ale and a hazy double IPA are named after groups of animals including “Conspiracy of Lemurs,” “Tower of Giraffes” and “Meerkat Mob.” It will be sold as cans in the retail shop and Herbert's Snack Shack near the Giraffe Barn and on draft in Leaping Lemur Café, Station Café and Playfield Café. Come out this fall to try it!

In conjuction with International Sloth Day and Boo at the Zoo featuring Sloth-oween, we are excited to share that our sloths are the newest members of Tonka's Troop! We are home to two Southern two-toed sloths, Mooney B. Finch and Pookie, who can be found in the South American Rainforest & Aviary.
