Juri Commons Renovation Richmond Playground Sport Courts Reopen as Part of SFFSR Grant The San Francisco Recreation and Park Department re-opened the newly resurfaced sport courts at Richmond Playground late last week. These courts are the last of 20 tennis and two basketball courts to be revitalized through a partnership between Rec and Park and the non-profit San Franciscans for Sports and Recreation (SFFSR). They provided $964,000 in grant funding to resurface courts over the past four years including Buena Vista Park, Golden Gate Heights Park, McLaren Park, Moscone Playground, Mountain Lake Park, Potrero Hill Recreation Center, Richmond Playground and West Portal Playground. Thank you SFFSR for your generous support to help us transform courts for tennis and basketball players throughout San Francisco. Learn more about their organization at the link below.
