Our Video of the Week features a long goal from that game! They finished their season with 4 wins, 3 losses and 3 draws, one of their best seasons to date. In their 4th season, many of these players are still new to the game, but their skills and team chemistry are starting to blossom! Bayview United is San Francisco's first primarily Black youth soccer team for boys and girls, grades K-6. Since 2019, this equity-driven program aims to increase access in the Bayview-Hunters Point (BVHP) community to the world’s game. It has set out to create a top tier soccer program with its home field at Youngblood Coleman Playground, and is open to players of all backgrounds and experience levels in the BVHP community.
