 We're Updating Our Subscriber Agreement



 We wanted to let you know that we are updating our Subscriber Agreement (formerly called our “Terms of Use”). As part of our update, we took the opportunity to make certain changes to our terms for consistency with those of our related services, Disney+ and ESPN+, and streamline them to be even easier to read.



These terms will apply as of today for new subscribers. For prior and existing subscribers, like you, these terms will be effective beginning on November 17, 2022 (and the

We have highlighted some of the changes for your reference:



• With the launch of the Disney+ ad-supported tier, we’re describing Hulu’s tiers and how subscriptions may differ, including with respect to registration eligibility, features, pricing, and other factors.



• We're clarifying the ways in which we may notify you of changes in our Subscriber Agreement.



• We're describing simplified approaches to registration and billing for certain services, including the Disney Bundle.



• We're explaining that subscriptions to the Disney Bundle will be subject to terms and disclosures presented during the sign-up and purchase process and related FAQs in our Help Center.



• We're updating the arbitration agreement to be more specific about the procedures for resolving any disputes relating to your subscription and our services.
