Hello Future Families,

As we are nearing the end of the year, we are continuing to plan for next
school year. We would like to invite each of you to complete this FORM

from you about how to better serve your families AND to choose your
student's electives for next year.

Please work with your student to choose electives.  The options are a Wheel
(Art, Health, Music, and Computer Science), Music, Art, Computer Science,
and Spanish**.
