confirming next week's appointment

Dear Robin,
It was great to meet you and Francis this week! Francis and I talked about
meeting next Monday at 6pm, does that work for you? Going forward, Mondays
at 6pm are the time I have available.

Please note though that I will be on vacation and out of the office May 6
and 13th. If Francis and I decide we'd like to keep meeting, we can resume
when I return on Monday, May 20th.

Please let me know how that sounds,
