Hi Ms Erby,
Kai continues to report very spotty compliance in getting a dairy free
meal. In an extreme example, on Wed Jan 24, Kai requested their
special meal, and was given a carton of cow milk, some tortilla chips,
and a bean and cheese dip for the chips. On days where there is
supposed to be a diary-free meal as the main entree, they are often
gone before Kai can get one, so Kai either doesn't eat, or eats the
dairy, which causes Kai problems.
Whatever communication about this issue that was supposed to have
taken place is not working. For now, I am sending Kai to school with
a lunch.
Regards
