This is to confirm that calls and text messages to your Google Voice number  
(650) 516-6638 are no longer being forwarded to the phone (415) 570-3959.

If you no longer own this number, you don't need to do anything. If you  
still own this number and want Google Voice to forward calls and texts to  
it, you'll need to re-verify it in your account (drazigreen2011 at gmail.com)  
at https://voice.google.com/settings#yournumber. Your Google Voice account  
is still active. While you'll no longer get phone calls or text messages  
forwarded to this specific forwarding phone, you can re-verify it at any  
time. If you have other forwarding phones turned on, calls will still be  
forwarded to them.
