Email from American Vaulting Association The latest news from EVUSA Clerk and Score Entry Training Offered Nov. 12th and Nov. 14th If you are interested in learning more about supporting the judges as a clerk or score entry volunteer, please join us for a 2 day training session. This training is great if you want to: learn to clerk become a certified clerk learn how to do score entry at a competition learn to enter scores in HorseSport Pro understand score sheets get a better understanding of how scoring works Tuesday Nov. 12th 8:00 PM EST (5:00 PM PST): Score Entry Topics include: understanding score sheets, entering scores in HorseSport Pro, expectations for volunteers on the judge's stand, and introduction to the certified clerk program Thursday Nov. 14th 8:00 PM EST (5:00 PM PST): Clerking Topics include: certified clerk program, what to expect as a clerk, understanding score sheets, and entering scores for different classes Each session will be approximately 1.5 to 2 hours long. The second session builds on topics covered in the first session, so we request that you do not skip the first session unless you have previously attended a score entry/clerking training. If you are not interested in learning about clerking, you don't need to attend the second session.
