Starting January 27, 2026, this information will be needed to continue using an account. Providing these details helps us ensure that:

Adults can confirm they are eligible to manage their own privacy preferences, and

Users who are considered digital minors in their region can be guided through any consent steps required by local regulations, with support from our trusted partner, k-ID.

If you’re a parent or guardian, K-ID offers a secure and straightforward way to review and approve an account when needed.

You’re welcome to opt in early, and beginning January 27, completing this step will simply be part of signing in.
