EVUSA Judges Program Update 2024 was a banner year for the EVUSA's judge's program, we offered more trainings than ever and welcomed 4 new apprentices! Our latest addition is Savannah Rose from GA!   Savannah competed across the US at the Silver level and Open Pas De Deux. She began coaching in 2018 after co-founding Athena Athletes Vaulting Club. She now vaults and is an assistant coach at Falconwood Vaulters and is excited to continue giving back to the sport by entering the Apprentice Judge program. Symposium Updates! Important New EVUSA Requirement "We all have a role to play to ensure our members, especially our young ones, are safe." As of January 1, 2025, EVUSA (as required by our affiliate agreement with the USEF) will require Safe Sport training. Who will be required to be Safe Sport Certified? Any EVUSA Competing Member who is 18-years-old and older (based on your actual birthday) Owners of USEF registered horses who have an annual, three-year, or lifetime membership. EVUSA Staff, Board Members, Competition Management & Coaches Adults who are in regular contact with minors at their club For an explanation of the benefits of Safe Sport training, please watchh this video https://www.usef.org/safe-sport To get SafeSport trained, you will need to join USEF as a Subscribing ($25/yr) or Competing ($80/yr) member. Competing membership is required only if competing at a USEF recognized competition in a USEF recognized class. There are numerous benefits to USEF membership at both tiers in addition to SafeSport training, including access to insurance benefits, additional training materials, access to USEF Network content, and more.
