Cancellation Policy:  There is a STRICT 24 hour cancellation fee. Weekends are included, ie, it is OK to cancel a Monday 10am appointment before Sunday 10am. The system will not let you cancel if it is within 24 hours of your appointment. Book a new appt and then email me if you need to reschedule <24 hrs.
