Subscription Terms  into one new document titled Terms of Use, and reorganized the structure to ensure they continue to be transparent, clear and easy to navigate.
	- We have provided detail about how we charge subscribers, where subscribers can find information about their subscription, and how to cancel a subscription if enrolled directly through Paramount, or if enrolled in a different way, like through an app store.
	- We have provided information on bundles and other offerings, and more detail on the use of information you provide us, the rules for using our service, and the availability of the service based on your device, operating systems, and use of certain technologies and tools.
	- We have clarified that live content in any subscription may contain ads.
	- We have also clarified how and when we might change our Terms of Use and service in the future, and how we will let you know about these changes and your options.
	- We have updated the arbitration provision, including to clarify the process for addressing threshold matters related to scope and enforceability, and refined certain terms relating to your and Paramount’s respective legal rights, including warranties and limitations of liability.
	- We have confirmed when and how we may transfer your agreement so we can maintain your access to the service if our business structure were to change.
When will the changes take effect?

 The updated Terms of Use will take effect for you on June 16, 2025, unless you accept them earlier. Until then, the current
