Dear Friends, As People’s Circus Theatre moves into our 3rd season, we are proud of all we’ve accomplished and excited by our forward momentum! It has been a challenging year in our country and in our community. We have seen massive structural changes that ripple across all aspects of our lives, and the arts are no exception. Slashed funding, increased costs, and theater closures have made it more challenging than ever for the arts to exist let alone thrive. In the midst of the gloom, People’s Circus Theatre shines as a small but powerful light. In 2024/25, PCT developed and premiered a new original show The Nightingale, we remounted our holiday show Reindeer Games, we had a growing pool of artists that we supported with training and performance opportunities, we saw increased audience numbers across ages ranges, and we maintained our commitment to making tickets available to low income attendees. Because even in the darkest times, people need art. Art brings us laughter, beauty, connection, inspiration, and understanding. Art reminds us of our humanity. We are determined to keep marching forward. We need to raise $30,000 by the end of 2025. We are already 20% towards our goal. We hope you will join our Circle of Donors today.
