Order Timing & Mindflowers Update

You may have noticed there were less email updates the past month, and we
are sorry for any confusion that may have caused. Our small team of five
has been busy at work getting through our backlog to get you your order as
soon as possible!


We are still tackling all orders chronologically based on the date your
order was placed.


*Your order is currently 2-3 weeks away from being fulfilled. *We know this
is longer than the promised timeline and we appreciate your patience as we
work to catch up on orders.

As you may know, our 75 Days to Save Mindflowers series
<https://www.youtube.com/shorts/S_lqfJHN4hg> is finished and we are so
happy to report that we *exceeded* our goal! During the last couple days of
our challenge, we received a massive amount of orders and ended up having a
HUGE sales week with a total of 476 new orders!!


This is great news, but it also means that our team has had to strategize
on how to best tackle this large influx of orders, while still getting the
older orders out as quickly as possible. *We decided to pause on the update
emails while we formed our new plan. *


We have increased our employee hours and have extra people coming in to
help out to increase workflow to get new, and older, orders out as quickly
as possible.


*We are currently working on a separate timeline for those of you who
ordered only accessories. We are still working on the exact estimate as we
see how quickly we can get them out, but we will update you all on that
shortly!*
