I really am happy that Kai wants to work on this project, I just don’t have the availability to mentor them outside of Fusion. Just to be clear, Kai was asking you as an adult they feel close to
and who knows this subject, not as a Fusion teacher.  They just
didn't have any other way to contact you.

If the only way to make this work is for us to treat you as a Fusion
teacher for this purpose, then that's fine, we can do that, but I
just wanted to make clear that that wasn't the nature of the
request.  I'd definitely prefer to get some other contact info and
continue this discussion outside of Fusion.
