Important Update: Your USEA Account is Moving to a New System

Dear USEA Community,

You are receiving this email because you have an account that was
transferred into our new HorseConnect platform as a member, horse owner, or
another role within the system.

We're excited to announce that the United States Eventing Association is
launching our new membership system. This transition has been in development
since last year, and we're now ready to begin moving your accounts to this
improved platform.

NOTE: You don't need to take any action until you receive your login email
with setup instructions.



HorseConnect is a next-generation sport management system, developed with
our partner Uplifter (formerly Interpodia). It brings together memberships,
horse registrations, and event entries in one modern, easy-to-use portal.
This project is a major step forward in how we serve our members, providing
a more intuitive experience today and a foundation for future features we'll
roll out over the next year.

What's Happening Now

*	Your membership and horse registration data have been transferred to
the new system.
*	You'll receive an email in the coming days with instructions to
access your new account.
*	Your login will be the email address we currently have on file for
you.

What You Need to Know

*	Access Your Account: Watch for an email with your personalized login
link. If you don't receive it within the next week, don't worry-we'll help
you get set up.
*	Family Accounts: For families sharing an email address, one person
will be designated as the primary account holder (this can be updated later
if needed).

What's Available

*	View your membership status and history.
*	Access your horse registrations.
*	Starting next week: recently opened events will be available for
entry.

What's Different

*	The auto-renewal process will work a little differently (more
details to come).
*	Some information may appear in a new format or older historical
information may not be available yet.
*	The system may feel new at first, but all your important data is
there.

Coming Soon

HorseConnect will continue to grow throughout the year. Upcoming features
include:

*	Online club and team registrations.
*	Entries for USEA Registered Activities 
*	Education and license renewal tools.
*	Expanded results history and performance tracking.

These will be released in phases, with updates shared as each new feature
becomes available.

Getting Help

If you experience login issues or need assistance, the HorseConnect support
team will be available to help. Their contact information will be included
in your login email.

What's Next

This transition will happen gradually over the next month or two. We
appreciate your patience as we all learn the new system together. The most
important thing is that your membership and registrations are secure and
accessible.

For urgent needs this week (such as membership renewals for upcoming shows),
our office can still assist you through the current system.

serve our members.
