Kai Ladue - RA SOTA - Request for IEP/special education evaluation

Hello,

I am KC Chagoya the school psychologist at SOTA, I am the person who
completes all evaluations for IEP/special education services at our
school.  I was informed by the district that you were wanting an evaluation
for an IEP/special education services for Kai Ladue. I was wondering if you
had time this week to further discuss your concerns/request? I have
availability tomorrow 08/25 at 830am, Wednesday 08/26 at 1pm or 3-4pm,
Friday 08/28 at 830am, 1230 or 330pm. Please let me know if any of those
work for you. Or if you no longer are requesting this evaluation please let
me know.
