Have all the emails gone out?

Hi Robin,

We did send 260 Qualifying emails to students early (Saturday morning) in
advance of the strike instead of Tuesday, as planned.

Unfortunately Kai did not receive a qualifying email on Saturday but is on
the waitlist for Technical Theater - Costume & Fashion Design.

At this time we have no idea how many students will decline their spots
leaving spaces available for waitlisted students  but we'll have a better
idea by the beginning of April when the SFUSD registration is complete.
