Hello Kai,

Our next Community Day Ropes Course  is coming up on Saturday March 21st. The lottery to enter for a spot will open this coming Monday (March 9).

How Does the Lottery Work?

Step 1: Lottery Registration
* Open: Monday, March 9 at 12pm through Wednesday, March 11 at 12pm. (We will send another email on Monday with a link and further instructions.)
* Each application can include 1 to 4 people (e.g. you and 3 guests). If selected, your whole group gets a spot.
* After registration closes, Lottery Winners and Waitlisters will be randomly chosen.
* The first 10 spots will be reserved for residents of Districts 9, 10, and 11.
* You’ll get an email letting you know if you have won, been waitlisted, or should try again next month.

Step 2: Registration for Winners
* Winners will get an email with a button to accept their spots.
* Once accepted, you’ll receive a link to complete registration and share with your group. Every member must fill out their own form and waiver.
* Accepted winners will be given approximately 48 hours for all members of the group to register. Any spots that aren’t filled by the deadline will be offered to folks on the waiting list.

Step 3: Registration for Waitlisters
* Beginning on Friday, March 13, any remaining spots will be offered to waitlisted participants.
* Accepted waitlisters will be given approximately 48 hours to accept their spots and register all members of their party.

FAQs
* If I register for this lottery and am not selected, do I have to register again to be considered in future community days?
+ Yes, since folks have busy schedules, nobody will be automatically entered in a future lottery. If you’d like to be considered, you must enter each time.
*
* If I participate in a community day, will I be eligible to participate again?
+ To give as many people as possible the chance, participants can only join one Community Day per year.

About the Community Days:

This free event starts at 9 AM with check-in, followed by warm-up games. After safety instructions, participants will gear up for 2-3 high ropes activities, wrapping up by 12:30 PM. Whether climbing or joining the belay team, there are plenty of ways to get involved and have fun!
