At the end of this month, we’re hosting a panel called: Why Being Outside Changes Everything. Hyperbole, sure, but being outside really does change so many things. It improves our mental health, our immune system, reduces our stress levels, boosts creativity, lowers blood pressure.

We don’t need to know the science to know the truth on this one. We feel it.

It’s not that he lists off a bunch of benefits, but he’s smiling ear to ear. He said he didn’t even think of his phone all week, and then he pats the dirt next to him, and says:

“I felt more attached to this earth. Going out in nature is something I’m looking forward to do in the future. I was stuck in the cycle of the same routine — but this week definitely broke that routine.”
