A quick note on backorders

Life, huh. It seems so simple. But behind every dream is a global logistics=
 chain.

Unfortunately, shortly after our last email telling you about the upcoming =
Very Cool x Minecraft restock, we received word that our shipment is delaye=
d.=C2=A0(talk about timing!)

=E2=80=8BTo keep things fair, we are proceeding with the initial restock da=
te, but please be aware,=C2=A0the following items will now be launching as =
backorders:

What are backorders tho?

=E2=80=8B

Backorders allow us to manage large volumes of stock by opening up orders f=
or incoming stock before it arrives in our warehouse. When you place an ord=
er containing a product on backorder, it means the stock is not yet in our =
warehouse, but has been reserved to be shipped out to you as soon as we rec=
eive it. While this means it will be a little longer before your order is d=
ispatched, it allows you to order multiple restocked products in one go, ra=
ther than having to wait and/or order separately.

=E2=80=8B"If I order one of these items, when will my order ship?"

=E2=80=8B

We'll send you an email 3 hours after your Order Confirmation email with th=
e estimated dispatch date for your specific order. Most of these items are =
arriving in our warehouse on June 26th. Our packing time will be determined=
 by order volumes, but we generally allow 5-10 business days for fulfilment=
 during peak periods. So, your order will likely be dispatched mid-July. Yo=
ur transit time depends on where you are in the world, and which shipping m=
ethod you choose at checkout.
