Attendance Check in

[Lunt, Alex]

Hi all,

I wanted to send a quick note regarding Kai’s attendance in Costume &
Fashion Design.

So far this semester, Kai has been absent for a total of 17 class days.
Because so much of our class is hands on and includes group discussions,
demonstrations, presentations, and in class project work, the missed time
is starting to make it difficult for them to fully participate and keep up
with the class.

Their current Google Classroom grade is 27.09%, which I believe is
connected in large part to the amount of class time they have missed.

I mainly wanted to make everyone aware and check in to see if there is
anything I can do on my end to help support Kai in getting reconnected with
the class and their work.

Please let me know if there is anything I should be aware of or any
additional support you would recommend.

Thank you!
