Update to the Spotify Terms of Use

We are updating our Terms of Use to make some updates to the dispute resolution provisions, including the Arbitration Agreement. You can read them  here ( https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/ ). 


 
The updated Terms are effective as of October 15, 2026, for existing users. By continuing to use or subscribe to Spotify on or after that date, you accept the updated Terms.


 
If you want to continue using Spotify without accepting any of the material changes to the Arbitration Agreement, you may opt out of those changes by following the steps in  Section 7 ( https://www.spotify.com/us/legal/end-user-agreement/#7-about-these-terms )  of the Terms.
