BTSN & Media Release Form

Hi all!!

Thank you to everyone who made it to Back-to-School Night! I know it was
brief, but it’s always nice to see everyone in person :)

I had a handout that night with some important department information, and
I’m attaching it here for anyone who wasn’t able to make it.

Today we started our first project with our department sponsor, UNIQLO,
which felt like a good time to also send out our media and consent release
forms.

Tiersa and I are working closely with UNIQLO this year, and we would love
to have the ability to share student work with them throughout the year.
UNIQLO has been incredibly supportive of our department and has even
offered to mentor students as we get closer to the Fashion Show!

These release forms would also allow us to share student work with SCRAP
and other industry partners we collaborate with during the school year.

work may be shared!

P.S. A few parents encouraged me to make an Amazon Wishlist! I mentioned at
BTSN how much our families have shown up for the department over the last
few years and helped us get so many wonderful things.

We really don’t need much this year, but the students have been REALLY
wanting a water station, so I added one along with a few cleaning supplies.
They also always appreciate snacks :)

Please never feel pressured to purchase anything for our classroom, but for
