The one most important advice we received before having
our twins was, "Get help and get a night nanny". I was
opposed to it and now believe it is the most important
thing we did for beginning our new life with twins.
Below is the information for the woman who helped teach
us how to be confident parents and made sure our boys
were sleeping through the night after 10 weeks on the

is Andrea and I have been a Night Nurse/Newborn
Specialist now for about 10 years. I have extensive
experience with singletons and multiples. I specialize
in setting up feeding and sleeping schedules and
working towards sleeping through the night by 12-15
weeks. (I also happen to be a Mom of beautiful 8 year
old twin girls who continue to have healthy sleeping
and eating habits)I am CPR/First Aid and "Trustline"
certified and TB negative. I am available to work 3-5
nights a week depending on your family's needs. I live
locally in the Bay Area, in Marin to be exact and I
have done most of my work in San Francisco.I have
respect for each family I work with and understand that
every family has different needs and family values. I
welcome open discussions to accommodate and address
this.I hope to be a valuable resource to the wonderful

stuff. You just have to pick it up. I live in SF
NOPA. It is just like this one on Craig's list. My
little girl and her friends loved it but now she has
outgrown it and I have to make room for a barbie doll

Ugh, I was just DX with GD. I'm 26 weeks today and I'm
38 with b/g twins. Anyone recommend any meal services
that can prep "special" meals. Any other resources you
can share would be greatly appreciated. I'm kinda
freaking out! This whole time I was concerned about
other issues and never focused on this possibility. I
feel like I eat right, but I guess not well enough. I
don't each sugars or "white" carbs and I feel like I'm
normal weight pre-pregnancy and doing well in terms of
weight now. Thank you for your response!!!!

Help. I called and looked at their website and still
couldn't reallyaffirm that they are having their
pumpkin patch this year. Has anyonebeen already? We
are fans of the hayride and love the pumpkins. I sawan
article from '09 that it was back but not sure about
this year.Any insight would be much appreciated. If
not this Ardenwood, any othersuggestions relatively

+1 on the Childproofer. We paid to have him install
because we would never get around to it otherwise. He
also suggested ways to save money on gates around our
stairs by blocking off a couple of rooms downstairs
rather than put up a complicated and ugly gate at the
very wide base of our stairs. The overall cost depends
a lot on your interior space and stairs, and how many
gates you want to put in. I thought the process and
cost was totally reasonable for the peace of mind.
