I've gotten great recommendations from this group in
the past so hoping you can help out again. I've got an
outdoor fence that is broken because a tree grew in the
path of the fence. I need someone to fix it up. I had
a regular contractor take a look but the estimate was
really high. I'm hoping to find someone more
economical. Please let me know if you know anyone
handy who can do this relatively small
job.Thanks!Miriam

Wondering if this is just typical of twin babies... my
8.5 month identical twin boys, who are mostly very good
natured and social, cry so easily at home during the
day. They can only play on their own for a few minutes
at a time. At their best, they scoot around happily
exploring and laughing. But we have so many episodes
where I'll be feeding or playing with one and the other
will dissolve into tears just watching us. I've only
got 2 hands and find myself putting one down to soothe
the other, often causing the one to start crying
instead. I've tried speaking sweetly to the crying son
while still feeding/playing with the other, but the
tears don't abate and go on and on. Yes, I can
sometimes play with both of them but it usually isn't
satisfying enough for either of them to not have my
full attention. They also get hysterical when they are
hungry or when they are not the first one picked up
out of their cribs after a nap. This is not new, so I
hesitate to link it to specific developmental stages.
But it has gotten worse the last few days, which does
coincide with their increase in mobility.Yes, I'd love
to find a solution. But mostly I'm just hoping to find
out if a lot of tears is common for parents of
multiples. Many thanks.
