Greetings, and happy new year! The current issue of
Multiplicity is now available for downloading and
viewing here:
http://sfpom.org/Multiplicity/JanFeb2012.pdf as well
as in the "files" tab here on BigTent. Hard copies
will be arriving in your mailboxes by the end of the
week. My apologies for the delay -- the holidays put
us a little behind schedule. As always, this issue
includes birth announcements, President's Message,
recipe, and info on upcoming events. In addition, this
one contains a helpful index to all past newsletter
articles (all the ones available online, anyway) so be
sure to check that when there's an issue you might be
grappling with, and need more info. Our contributors
are an amazing resource for just the specific type of
info we need!As always, the newsletter team loves
getting feedback, input, and contributions of written
material or other info - so don't hesitate to email me
anytime!Natasha GlushkoffEditor, Multiplicity

i have been renting the hospital grade pump, and it has
been a month since the girls were born, yay! What pump
would you recommend I buy? Can I buy it used or is
that unsanitary? I am mostly pumping at night and from
home, so one that looks like a briefcase for instance
is not necessary.I would appreciate any advice on the
pump topic.thanks!

Hi,Congratulation on the birth of your twins!!!!I used
the Medela Pump in Style Advance and it came in a bag.
Yes, you can get a used one as long as you use fresh
tubing and parts.

Hi,I am looking for a light weight tandem stroller. My
twins are just about out of the double snap n
go...boohoo! We have a city mini which I do not like
for several reasons:1. hard to get to the storage bin2.
difficult to shop with-- to big for aisles in stores3.
no cup holdersThings we like:1. great shades for the
kids2. lightweight3. great on different terrainsDoes
anyone have a recommendation on a light weight tandem
stroller? They all seem to be super heavy and super
huge.Thanks,Wendy

We never found one that was light weight. I hated the
city mini for your same reasons. We ended up getting
the city select and I love it. My twins just turned 2
and we still use it. See if you can find it used on
craigslist or make a registry on amazon and then
complete it. It's my favorite double and we have many!

Hi Natasha- we have one small one, and i would say it
is definitely too small for your girls. but you are
welcome to borrow if you like. or come by and take a
look. for those with the peapod plus, when do you think
your kids would outgrow them?
