Does anyone have a good example of a nanny
contract/work agreement that they would be willing to
share? Thank you.

I'm wondering if anyone on this forum has a
babysitter/nanny with twins experience to recommend who
may be available to babysit our 13 month old boys for a
few hours this coming Saturday. Our usual back-up
options are unavailable. I'm out of town this weekend
on a business trip and looking for someone to relieve
my partner for a few hours. Future weekend gigs are a
definite possibility. We live in Inner Richmond/Laurel
Heights area and someone who lives in SF or is
otherwise able to take public transit is probably
preferred as some prior sitters have had issues with
street parking (permit required for 2+ hours). Please
tentmail me if you have any leads. Much appreciated!

4. Staying asleep
--------------------------------------------------------
jnnrenae - 1/24/2012 4:42 am
Can anyone offer advice regarding getting twins to stay
asleep at night. My 5.5 month old twins go to bed
pretty easily each night but they are still waking
several times. We have been working on getting them
back to sleep without feeding but they still need to
eat three to four times a night. We put them down at
630/700 and they wake up around 10, 1, 4, 6. Sometimes
they wake up between these times as well. We always
Attempt to gently urge them to sleep before resorting
to feeding. Sometimes it really works. We are at the
end of our ropes here. CIO is not not interesting to me
so I have been reading Elizabeth Pantley. Unfortunate
not much of her work includes info for parents of
twins. Can anyone help?Thanks!!Jenna

ssking: I wanted to use cloth diapers with my twins too
and everyone thought I was crazy. I have a 5 and 3 y/o
too. I finally decided to start using cloth at 30 wks.
And it's been fairly non traumatizing. I am on a
strict budget so I bought econobum diapers and bought
one kit and a few pkgs of 3 cloth and 1 cover for a
total of 36 cloth and 11 covers. I wash about every 3rd
day and it's been good. I'm still learning and if I
need more diapers I might try a different style. I have
some prorap covers and I like those better. I did try
using them at night and they wet right through so I
have bought regular diapers and use one at night (my
husband isn't keen on them). I figure one diaper/day
per twin is better than more. I am still going to try
and figure the nights out but for now this is working.
