I have two hardly used Cosco Touriva convertible
carseats that were manufactured in 09/18/06. I would
like to give them away together. They have never been
in an accident. Good for 5-40lbs.

Stroller use was tough for us too living on a hill. Be
sure to wear shoes with good traction! We used the
CitiMini double too, which didn't add much additional
weight. I never was worried about them falling out
when the twins were strapped in. Sometimes walking
downhill, I would "wheelie" it with the front tires up,
which was easier on my back.Husband and I frequently
used the Ergo carriers because it just seemed easier
than bringing a stroller.

I credit relaxed swimming, eating (I gained 60 pounds,
and lost it all by about 13 months later), and staying
hydrated. I am a tall person, but I know a tiny
triathlete twin mother who also carried to full term
and I think it was her stomach muscles that did it. I
worked until 37.5 weeks (with sleep breaks in the
middle of each day in my last trimester) and was
induced at 38 weeks, but had some major contractions
when I forgot to drink enough water one day at 37
weeks. (The hospital sent me home after giving me a
huge glass of water.) Even if the swimming didn't help
me keep my babies in, after I got really big, it became
the best part of my day -- I used to spend my time in
the pool thinking about what a miracle exercise it was
for pregnant mothers.
