Thanks again everyone for all the great tips! Just as
an FYI, here's what we ended up with:NOT a package
deal, as AAA packages require park hopper tickets,
which are more.I got individually, hotel, car, and
tickets, but all from AAA.com. It was $180 cheaper than
the package deal. The only thing we did not get
compared to the package is the hopper ticket and
lanyards with pins. We still get one magic early
morning and free parking. We got a 3 day 1 park per day
ticket which AAA only sells online. This way we go to 2
different parks over 2 days and can go back to either
park on the 3d day. With little ones I didn't see need
for park hopper since it would be too much in one day
to go to 2 parks. A friend in Santa Ana told me to
download MouseWait on my phone for wait times. That was
free. Should said it's useful.AND, I'll NOT forget my
Disney credit card this time. When we use that, it
gives discounts throughout the park restaurants and
stores and a special character meet and greet. So,
that's it! Thanks again for all the help! We're set
and ready to go! But now we have to wait until
August!Susanmom to Sean & Sarah

mentioned the monorail, which is close to the
Disneyland Hotel, also the midnight closing. Both are
true, and helpful for getting the most out of the day.
Two provisos however -- we were told that the monorail
stops running one half hour before the park closes,
don't cut it too close, we found out the hard way and
then had a longer walk back. Also check with hotel or
park staff about closing time -- while usual hours are
midnight in the summer, Disneyland closed at 11 one
night of our visit, and it wasn't disclosed at the
entrance. The next week a friend went and had the same
experience. Sent from my iPadAdd your comments online:
