That's not fair. I do recall cleaning the ducts for you once after you moved in, but it is not something that the owner is responsible for. The owner provides a home with a heating system. If the heating system doesn't work, we fix it, as we did recently. The basic upkeep, like changing the filter, cleaning ducts, etc. is up to you.<br>
