Got a few things around the place, some of which I've mentioned
before I think?, not sure.

1.  We lost our automatic garage door opener.  Do you know who we
talk to to get a new one?  We'll pay for it, of course.

2.  We're starting to use the heater again, and as usual it smells
of burning dust.  We'd like to get our usual annual duct cleaning,
but I don't remember what the procedure was there, I'm sorry.

3.  I was starting to write out a list of repairs, when I discovered
our old email about that, which I've replied to separately.  The
only thing there that might not be cosmetic is replacing the sink
taps in the upstairs bathroom, which are very badly corroded; is
that a Frank thing?

4.  You wanna come meet the twins some time?  :D
