Use very hot water in a wide cup. Just takes a few
minutes to warm. No need for a bottle warmer!

Congrats on the birth of your twins!I use a method
similar to noursej with using boiled and cooled room
temp water. Just wanted to add a couple things I
did/do. When my twins were younger I premeasured the
formula powder into serving sizes to cut down valuable
seconds. I still use a pump breast shield in a size I
don't use as a funnel so the powder doesn't get
everywhere (Dr Brown's has a narrow opening) and a
square-edged butter knife to stir the mixture and break
up any clumps to avoid creating air bubbles. All parts
are pre-assembled to the extent possible (rubber vent
in straw, nipple in collar). You could also create a
double batch and then split the mix into two bottles.
For pumped milk, if I knew they were eating relatively
soon after pumping, I just left it out. It's supposed
to be good anywhere from 4 to 10 hours depending on the
temp of the room. If it was refrigerated breast milk, I
warmed it in a water bath in advance so it was ready,
figuring it still keeps at room temp for a while. I
remember how difficult it was hearing them crying for
food in the early days but as they get older and more
on established on a schedule, things will be more
predictable and they won't cry anywhere as much. Hang
in there!

There are no double bottle warmers on the market, as
far as I know. we bought two bottle warmers, these
ones (First Years Bottler Warmer).

They were LIFESAVERS for us for the fist 8 months.
Once you figure out how much water to use, they heat
your bottles to perfection in about 60 seconds. I
still have them, if you want them, just let me know!
