          hello,  I know the first night is nerve wracking, you
          feel like you sign the contract for not sleeping for
          sure, but you see how happy and more peaceful he will
          be.For me all become easier when we stop the swaddling,
          and I could also sleep more peacefully and not
          worrying,  for instance, while he was swaddle he would
          rotate around the bed and always end with his face
          against the bars ( i realized why bumpers  would be
          dangerous, while he was swaddled if I had bumpers on
          the bad he would have risk suffocation). But now that
          he is unswaddle he sleep in one position and he stays
          on that position with his arms freely open until the
          morning :-) soo cute. I noticed that he does wake up
          sometimes and what he does he brings his hands to the
          moth sooth himself and goes to sleep again. The
          swaddling was making him nervous and this si why he
          would cry. Good luck!!
