1. Does nanny make up 1 hr if asked to leave 1 hour early?

     Our nanny asked us to guarantee 50 hrs/wk, so we
     agreed.She asked to leave 1 hr early a few wks ago and
     she made it up the following week. Today we are asking
     her to leave 1 hr early and I was hoping she would make
     it up next week. She brought it to my attention that
     she doesn't typically do that, if the family requests
     her to leave early, then she doesn't need to make it up
     (only if she requests to leave early does she make it
     up).Does this sound right? This is one thing that's not
     in our contract, all other time off is in the
     contract.I'd love to hear everyone's experience. We've
     only had a nanny for the past month and half. Thanks!
