1. Does anyone have a recommendation for a sleep specialist?

My almost 5 month old twins are not nap trained and
barely STTN (to bed by 6:30pm, 11pm dream feed and up
between 4-6 am after a few good cries). I am
considering hiring a sleep specialist. Also, I have
fallen into the bad habit of allowing them to fall
asleep in their boppy loungers or bouncy chairs for
naps whenever they happen to fall asleep! Now I am
trying to set them in their cribs for naps and having
no luck! I am too exhausted to implement a schedule
which I know they need. Any thoughts, ideas and/or
feedback? Thanks!

5. How much formula with solids? Overfeeding?

Our b/g twins are 6.5 months and we've been giving them
solids during one of their meals along with some breast
milk and formula. My supply is very low now so we're
following the schedule below:1st feed (7:30am): 2 oz
breastmilk, 6 oz formula2nd feed (11:30am): 2 oz pureed
vegetable, 7 oz formula3rd feed (3:30pm): 8 oz
formula4th feed (7:30pm): 8 oz formulaMy question is,
does this make sense? They might take more formula but
I don't want to over feed them. Of the 31 total
possible oz of formula they'll finish anywhere between
28-31 and sometimes it appears that our son would like
more formula. But, again, I'm worried about
overfeeding them. They're both 50-55 percentile for
weight so I know they haven't been way overfed in the
past. Maybe I shouldn't worry about it as they often
turn their heads or purse their lips closed when they
don't want anymore. Anyway, I'm kind of stumped with
what the right thing to do is...or perhaps just by
writing this post, I've already figured it out. In any
case, I'd love to hear what other moms are
doing.Thanks!

multiples - one for each kid or a joint one? Has anyone
found any good online/digital formats? I have heard
good things about Project Life as a system. It would be
great to get recommendations/advice for easy solutions
to preserve all the memories.Thanks!
