Welcome, in advance, to SF! If you do a search of past
blog posts, there have been several discussions on
nanny pay over the past couple of years, some pretty
recently. In my experience, an experienced nanny for
twins will probably run between $20-$27/hour, although
there will certainly be outliers. If you mostly need
help while you're home (vs. a nanny who will take care
of the kids while you're gone) you can probably find
someone a little cheaper - i.e., more of a mother's
helper than a nanny. That said, someone who works for
less money is usually less experienced, so it depends
on how much supervision you want to provide.Good luck!
Hope you enjoy your stay here!

We used straw cups instead of sippys (our ped
recommended it) - Playtex has short ones with handles,
available in a variety of colors so you can keep them
straight and not opaque so you can easily see who needs
a refill. Easy to take apart and put in the dishwasher.
