Hello all! To maximize space, has anyone tried a
loftbed for each child? Do they work out ok? Would you
recommend the Ikea loft beds? Anyone have two for
     sale?Thanks for any help!Susan

I would like to start working on healing my abdominal
separation and would love to hear any advice or success
stories.  I've searched previous posts and seen
reference to the Tupler Technique, Helen Byrne's
book/DVD and Preggo Pilates.  If anyone has thoughts on
what worked best, I would love to hear from you.  I
would also love recommendations for instructors or
     physical therapists.

I agree, you don't need much. I'd add:. General
toiletries. & shower stuff- snacks for hubby during
labor (and you later)- iPad or other tablet & cables
for phones- camera- very small outfits for babiesOh and
one trick we learned during 2nd time around. You don't
need to bring a pad for hubby - just remove the
mattress they provide from the cot and put it on the
floor. It apparently makes all the difference in the
world. (And if you're lucky, they'll give you a double
          room because you have twins)

          I had a c-section so I was there a bit longer. I also
brought my own robe and two different sets of nursing
pajamas. It was lovely to wear my own clothes instead
          of the hospital gown.

I always used Brest friend and the only way I could
nurse outside of home was to do them separately. I
