1. Can't find a nanny!!

We currently have a wondeful nanny who is leaving us
because she has had some back problems and cannot lift
the boys easily. We have had such a difficult time
finding a nanny who can accommodate our schedule and
can take care of twins (5 month old boys). Due to my
work schedule (every other week), we need help 5 days
one week, alternating with 1 or 2 days the next week.
Weekend help on occasion would be great also, but not
an absolute requirement. Can anyone recommend a nanny
who may fit our needs or another place for us to look
for someone? We have tried GGMG, care.com and personal
referrals. Would a nanny service be the next step? This
is getting too stressful! Thanks in advance for any help
you can provide.

Can anyone recommend a good general dr?The one I used
to have moved away and since I haven't beenable to find
a replacement. I prefer a female but a non creepy male
will do as well. :)Thanks!

Singletons are a whole different story - I feel like I
could do one baby with both hands tied behind my back!
I sometimes feel the same way, but two babies is really
difficult and it's hard to do a lot of the classes or
other outings with one adult.
