We have an amazing Doula that started from night one the moment we arrive home. We hire Cindy for the duration of two months, and kept her for a total of three months. Cindy, sleep trained the babies and have them on a good schedule and routine.<p />My husband and I are very grateful that we had Cindy as our doula. Cindy combines enormous wisdom, experience, professionalism and a great deal of human kindness in her work and was a joy to have with us. In addition to her extraordinary skills as a doula she is a also quite skilled in taking care of recuperating mothers and was very helpful to me. I have been incredibly fortunate to have Cindy to guide me through the support and all of the practical skills, and most importantly to give me time to heal and to encourage me every step of the way.<p />She is incredible.... More specifically, she is gifted with the ability to take care of our (preemie) twins, and teach parents the essentials skills they need to be competent parents. In addition, Cindy is such a pleasure to be with--- always has a fantastic attitude and completely focused on what is best for the babies. I was amazed at her composure and professionalism at all times. We will be forever grateful for having Cindy in our lives. She is absolutely phenomenal! She very knowledgeable in all aspects of newborn care.<p />Our experience with our having 3 1/2 year old child at home with us with the twins was unbearable at times. She absolutely amazing with our older son. You are going to need nights. We started with days, and discovered the nights were more helpful, and less stressful--- having the support, and rest which was so desperately needed. Needless to say, we were so sleep deprived! <div>RICHMOND DISTRICT — <p>These trikes are amazing and we have so many fond memories of adventures on the trikes. We bought these when the kids were 18 months - though the could easily work for a younger child. They have a three point seat belt that keeps younger kids safe, a retractable foot rest (a spot for little legs to rest when they can't reach the pedals), a very workable adult steering arm extension (it actually turns the front wheel) and you can't see it in the photo, but each trike has a little back pack attached to it. I have been amazed at how functional these trikes are for carrying snacks, treasures acquired at the park, toys, etc. in addition to the kids. I can't recommend these enough. To see a photo, go to Diapers.com and search "Schwinn trike". Accident free :) and in good condition. Originally $100 each.
