1. Rice Cereal versus Formula

I have 11 week old twin boys and they are sleeping 4
hours in the beginning of the night and then it drops
to 1-3 hours. They often have a hard time going back to
sleep, seems like gas (grunting, farting)...They aren't
really fond of the bottle (no matter what kind), we are
wary of formula because genetically they could be
lactose intolerant and I have an abundance of breast
milk, but we want them to sleep longer...we need them
to sleep longer....Any advice on adding rice cereal to
breast milk this early versus formula....Thanks
