Hi, not sure who is in charge of this, but my spouse is
not getting emails again (while I am). Who do we
contact to turn that on? I've looked thru my account
and the help menus and don't see how to do that.
Thanks, Vicki

Hi, There may be an easier option called Cool
Sculpting. I looked into it through a doctor called
Karen Horton, who is also a twin mom. Check it out
online. Good luck!

This doesn't address your question directly, but have
you tried Stephanie Foerster at Preggo Pilates? I had
one appointment with her, and feel much better after
that. The exercises are simple and short, and I
strongly believe that doing them pays off (so I'm
pretty motivated to do them). But then again, my
diastasis was mild, only 2-3 cm. My twins are 2 yrs 8
months, and I just had my first and only appointment
with Stephanie 1.5 months ago. Based on my
understanding, the tummy tuck can have beautiful
results when it comes to optics. But the separated
muscles remain, and some of the potential future health
issues aren't solved (like incontinence in the future,
etc.). So i would strongly recommend investing the $160
in a visit with Stephanie and spending 2-3 minutes
every day, several times a day, on trying to help the
muscles come back together. If you don't have time, here
are just a couple of exercises I can describe:- The
"elevator": sit on a normal dining room chair, inhale,
then exhale fully, fully, fully, and push any remaining
air from your torso out by pushing your tummy in and
trying to get your belly button as close to your spine
as possible. Then count to 30, out loud (you will have
to take breaths, just do super shallow breaths while
you keep that belly button touching the spine). Then,
pull your belly button EVEN closer to your spine for 10
pulses. Inhale. Repeat 3 times. in the car, watching
TV, sitting in the office. 3-8 times per day, whatever
you can do.- Do a table top position (on hands and
knees), then stretch out right leg and left arm. Hold
and then do the other leg/arm. - Plank. Make sure you
keep very nice form. Maybe try the 30-day plank
challenge:
http://www.athleta.net/2013/12/27/30-day-plank-challenge/It's
kind of fun and you see your improvements every day.
And when you're maxed out, feel free to stay there (I
only made it to 120 seconds, and stayed there).Good
luck!

Wah? I called and taked to the principal, he said there
are more tours through Feb. and deadline was Feb. 20.
He seemed confused between if it was a TK or a Pre-K.
Usually PreK starts at 2.9ys.....this is only for 4yo.
but starts in March. Strange, but exciting...

It is only for 4 year olds. I think the tours are now
in February on the 13th and 20th. Someone went to the
district office and found out the TK spaces would be
part of the lottery. And applications are due February
20th.
