          I pumped to coincide with their feeding schedule in the
          night on nights when we had a night nanny (4
          nights/week for 3 months).  That would allow more sleep
          and kept the milk flow going.When I returned to work I
          would pump 1-3 times a day on breaks, and then
          breastfed at home.I was successful for a year!Karen
