1. Seeking Summer Sublet / House Sitting Opp for Visiting

     My parents are planning to come to SF this summer (June
     / July) to help me with my newborn twins as I
     transition back to work.  I am trying to find them a
     reasonably priced sublet, furnished rental, or (in my
     dreams) a house-sitting opportunity.   They are on a
     fixed income and I am a single income family (single
     mom) so a lot of the vrbo options are a little too
     pricey for our budget.   Ideally, we could find someone
     traveling this summer who is open to subletting or who
     has an inlaw apt.  SF and Marin are ideal bc I live in
     the Richmond District.  We are flexible on dates and
     are open to cobbling together weeks in different
