     Hi Everyone,I am a new single mom of twin girls and am
     learning as I go (literally). I am getting ready to
     hire a day nanny and would like the groups insights on
     any recommendations. Also if you know of any available
     nannies that would be great! What is the going rate
     (considering I am thinking shorter term before they are
     very active)?  Thanks so much!Diana
