1. Nanny - twin experience a must?

This might sound like a silly question, but is twin
experience a must for a nanny if you have twins? I
already have two children and am expecting twins. We
have never used a nanny before. However, I know a
wonderful nanny who knows my family and current
children well. However, she has not explicitly worked
with twins in the past. I expect to be around most of
the time, so will probably be most hands on with the
twins and have the nanny help more with my other
children, household chores, etc. And we already know
her and have had her babysit on a relatively regular
basis. But am I being naive to think our future nanny
does not need twin specific experience? We will also
have a night doula for a bit so I feel like she will be
a great twins resource.Thank you for your honest
advice!

Are you on the SFPOM fb page? (If not, let me
know/friend me and I can add you) I posted this
question on there last year and got some good feedback.
If you search 'rain covers Lauren McDowell', the thread
will come up. We decided on getting bundle mes -
between that and pulling the hoods (on the actual
stroller seats), kids stay dry. Wasn't worth it to get
any plastic rain cover... though it wasn't El Nino that
year. Even this year though, with mine at 2.5, I'll do
the same.
