1. do you have to pay for the "meet and greet" visit of
potential pediatrician?

     I am starting to assemble a list of potential
     pediatricians.  my insurance told me they wouldn't
     cover this type of visits.  what is your experience? 
     do pediatricians charge for this type of consultation
     visits, and what would be the price range?  thanks!
