We pay $25 per hour, plus 7 sick days a year and 10
vacation days a year, prorated since I'm part time. I
think that's pretty standard. Many (most?) nannies,
like ours, prefer cash. Some who don't require a higher
rate of its not cash, so they still take home the same
amount. I bet if you search "nanny" here or on the
Facebook groups, you'll find a lot more info! Good
