          Carole Moore is wonderful.  You can get your physician
          to prescribe the therapy if you want it covered by FSA
          (may even insurance depending on your plan?).  I was
          referred to her by my obgyn who met her when she was
          pregnant and received massage therapy from Carole.

          Atlas massage center, ask for leslie. More of a medical
          than pampering experience but it sounds like that's
          what you'd want.

          Any chance you can swim a little bit? It works for many
          people... I was able to swim until the day before my
          induced labor, at 38 weeks with twins.
